“Fall Spectacular” Promises Something for Everyone

Hot  air balloon rides, a zip line, hands-on learning activities, live  music, and a beer garden are just a few of the experiences on tap for  Peninsula College’s first annual Fall

Spectacular: a community-wide  festival of fun taking place at PC on October 1, 2022.

Folks of all ages can enjoy an immersive experience across our Port  Angeles campus from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm. Activities in the works include a  bungee run, festival performers,

mini-lectures, poetry, and prose  readings, art exhibits, hands-on arts and crafts, and food and drink,  including a wine and beer garden. Kids can enjoy a 24’ inflatable slide  and

obstacle course, treasure hunts, face painting, sidewalk chalk art,  and tons of fun.

The college would love to include local businesses and community partners in this event. Please contact kgriffith@pencol.edu(link sends e-mail) if you are interested in volunteering

or sponsoring a booth.

Mini-lectures, hands-on learning activities, and art exhibits are  made possible in part through a National Endowment for the Humanities  American Rescue Plan (ARP) grant that

supports humanities faculty, staff  and projects impacted by the coronavirus pandemic.

Thanks for saving the date and helping us spread the word!
